Merit Scholarship Program

The Harare International School Merit Scholarship Program is CURRENTLY CLOSED.

Students from local schools apply for admission based on their academic merit, as well as their ability to add value to our student body – through leadership opportunities, athletics, and interest in pursuing the IB Diploma, which is a unique opportunity in Harare.

Who can apply?

Zimbabwean students, aged 16 - 17 years
Students with great scores from their 2022 O’ levels
Students fluent in English with a high standard of written and spoken language
Someone driven beyond academics to be active member of their communities
Students who are curious, balanced, open-minded, principled and reflective
Someone ready to dive into a multicultural, internationally minded learning community
