Harare International School is inviting qualified service providers to tender for gardening, grounds maintenance and landscaping services at its Mount Pleasant campus.
The successful contractor will care for 21 acres of lawns, sports fields, gardens and pathways used daily by nearly 450 students and staff. The role covers everything from lawn cutting and irrigation checks to tree inspection, event preparation and storm recovery, work that keeps the campus safe and presentable through Zimbabwe's rainy and dry seasons alike.
The contract runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027.
Key dates:
- Tender issued: Friday, 17 July 2026
- Site visits: Wednesday 22, Thursday 23, or Friday 24 July at 10:00 hrs
- Tender questions close: Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at 15:00 hrs
- Tender closes: Friday, 7 August 2026 at 12:00 noon
Interested companies should have experience with institutional, commercial or large-campus grounds work, their own equipment, and valid compliance and insurance documentation.
